Shipping and Returns

Shipping Time

We offer free shipping to all available countries.
You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order has been shipped from one of our international warehouses, depending on your location.

You can track your order through our Order Tracking Tool.

During peak times, order processing may take a few extra days.
The estimated delivery time is as follows:

*Customs clearance may affect delivery times for some orders. During high-volume periods, slight delays in processing may occur.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 60 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to exchange your current items for others available on our website, please contact us at contact@jollieri.com.

Important Notes

  • During promotional periods, items are available for exchange only and are non-refundable.

  • Handcrafted or personalized items are not refundable.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, whenever possible.

  • Jollieri reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

The return must be shipped with a tracking number.
The sender is always responsible for the shipment and for the cost of return shipping.


How to Return

  1. Contact us at contact@jollieri.com to obtain the return address and instructions.

  2. Print your order confirmation and place it inside the package.

  3. Ship the item using your local carrier to the return address provided by our support team.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.


Order Cancellation / Incorrect Address

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 5 hours after being placed.
We cannot extend this time frame due to automated processing with our suppliers.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the order cannot be delivered, Jollieri is not responsible for failed delivery or any additional shipping costs.
