Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jollieri online store (the “Site”), operated by Jollieri (“the Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our”), owner of the Jollieri brand.
The Site is available at https://jollieri.com.
The customer (“you”, “your”) refers to an individual of legal age who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business, with whom the Seller enters into an agreement.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, before making any purchase.


2. Applicability

These Terms govern all legal relationships between the Seller and the Customer relating to the use of the Site, including the purchase and sale of products through the Site.


3. Orders and Confirmation

3.1 How to Place an Order

To place an order, the Customer selects the desired product (model, color, size), adds it to the cart, fills in all personal and shipping details, chooses a payment method, and completes the payment.
An order confirmation email will be sent automatically.

Note: This first confirmation does not mean that the payment has been processed or that the order is complete. If the email address provided is incorrect, Jollieri may be unable to send confirmation or shipping updates.

3.2 Order Confirmation

After receiving an order, Jollieri will:

  • Verify all order details;

  • Confirm that the shipping address is correct (if not, Customer Support will contact you immediately);

  • Check product availability in stock;

  • Confirm that payment has been successfully received;

  • Decide whether to accept or reject the order (see section 3.3).

Once approved, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed and will be shipped as soon as possible.

3.3 Order Rejection

Jollieri reserves the right to reject any order in the following cases:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or false customer information;

  • Payment not received;

  • Previous unpaid orders;

  • Obvious pricing or typographical errors;

  • Inability to deliver to the specified address.

If an order is rejected, the Customer will be promptly notified.

3.4 Contract Completion

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between the Customer and Jollieri regarding the use of the Site and the purchase of products.


4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from our logistics centers as quickly as possible after confirmation.
International shipping is free of charge.
Jollieri covers all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees — customers will never pay additional costs beyond the purchase price.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

4.2 Address and Personal Information

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
Jollieri is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete personal or address information.


5. Prices and Payment

5.1 Prices

Prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency.
The total purchase price will be shown at checkout and confirmed via email.

5.2 Price Changes

Jollieri reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
The prices valid at the time of purchase form part of the contract.

5.3 Payment

Payment must be completed using the available methods on the Site before the order is processed and shipped.


6. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days from the delivery date — no explanation required — provided that:

  • The product has not been worn or damaged;

  • The item is returned (if possible) in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not refundable.

Our support team will respond as quickly as possible, within 14 days of receiving your message.

7.3 Acceptable Variations

Minor variations in size, color, or finish may occur due to production and material differences. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for complaint.


8. Warranty and Liability

8.1 Warranty

All products must legally comply with the agreement made with the Customer.
Please inspect your items upon receipt and report any defects within 14 days after delivery.

8.2 Liability

Jollieri shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site.


9. Force Majeure

Jollieri shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, strikes, customs restrictions, transportation issues, fire, floods, or supplier insolvency.


10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Your use and navigation of this Site are entirely at your own risk.

10.2 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Jollieri or third parties.
No content may be interpreted as granting any license to use these marks without written authorization.
